2) Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be approved when:
- Duplicate payment occurred (charged twice for the same order), or
- You cannot access your membership/courses due to a verified technical issue on our side and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
3) Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not provided if:
- You changed your mind after purchase,
- You purchased the wrong plan/course and did not contact us promptly,
- The issue is caused by your device, browser extensions (ad blockers), ISP, or network restrictions,
- There is evidence of account sharing, redistribution, re-uploading, or misuse of content or access.
4) How to Request a Refund
Contact support and include:
- Order ID
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for request
- Screenshots or screen recording (if technical)
5) Processing Time
- We typically review requests within 3–7 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6) Crypto Payments
Crypto transactions are irreversible. If a refund is approved for a crypto payment, it will be handled case-by-case and may be subject to network fees and exchange-rate differences.
